Husum Highlands B&B is an elegantly furnished Victorian decorated in period style with antique furniture and fixtures. High ceilings, wood floors, wood windows and trim and Oriental carpeting provide a quietly luxurious atmosphere. Our five guest rooms with private baths are decorated in Vicotorian or Country themes. Breakfast is served next to the pot-bellied stove in the country kitchen with its wood-beamed ceiling or in the spacious dining room of sitting on the deck viewing Mt.Hood and the White salmon River Valley. The grounds include herb and vegetable gardens, garden benches, a Gazebo, a pond with waterfall and a relaxing hammock in a forest hideaway. Husum Highlands is in the heart of White Water Rafting on the White Salmon River, Vinyards and Wineries. We are 15 min. from the Columbia River Gorge where Wind Surfing, Kayaking, Hiking, Bicycling, Shoping, Museums and entertainment can be found.
