This restored 1909 railroad hotel has original 13 foot high tin ceilings and is decorated with period antiques. Directions Just 75 miles south of Des Moines. From Hwy 35 take Hwy 2 east about 30 miles. Turn south on county road S26 (not S40 like the Iowa maps show) for 3 miles. The inn is located at the end of the first block after crossing the railroad tracks.
