The Farm on Mad River is located on a 42 acre property surrounded by The Mad River in Waitsfield, Vermont. Its five bedrooms accommodate guests with both shared and private baths, and its adjacent property, The Overlook, can provide accommodations in a one bedroom house and studio-style cottage. Both locations offer splendid views of the river, the Green Mountains and meadows. A hearty country style breakfast is served each morning to guests at The Farm. Breakfast may be added to guests staying at The Overlook for a small fee.

The Farm is close to both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski resorts; miles from cross-country ski areas, and town is a short drive for shopping and entertainment. The swimming is excellent at The Farm in the summers, and mountain biking and hiking trails are nearby. There is good fly-fishing on the property, and our gardens and deck overlooking the river are perfect spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
